PWP Properties, Inc. is a private Real Estate Development Company that was founded in 2001 by Ed J. Poulin to purchase, develop, rehab and reposition quality residential and commercial real estate properties in Southern and Central California.

PWP Properties, Inc. has achieved double digit returns for its investors in both expanding and contracting stages of the economy due to its focus on creating value to properties through various methods including a discipline of value engineering for each project. PWP has developed and sold medical, professional office, single family residential, multifamily residential and increased values of land parcels by executing zone changes and parcel assemblages.

PWP Properties, Inc. has over 90 years of combined experience in site development, land acquisitions, entitlements, construction management, purchasing, project finance and accounting. PWP's previous projects have earned investors on average 15-22% annually on invested funds.

APCO Development Group, LLC ("APCO"), is a California limited liability company. APCO provides construction management services for PWP Properties and joint Venture Partnerships. APCO is responsible for management of day to day operations that involve coordination of both horizontal as well as vertical improvements.

Western Pacific Income Property Group, LLC. ("Western Pacific"), is a California limited liability company. The focus of Western Pacific is to manage the day to day business operations of joint partnerships.

MarketPlace Realty of Ca. Inc. ("MarketPlace") is a California Realty Brokerage Firm. The staff focuses on marketing and selling PWP's projects in order to achieve maximum value, as well as providing brokerage services to real estate clients in California.
